Project overview

At Union House on the St Finbarr's Hospital campus, Flesk Electrical provided the full electrical installation for a new office fit out in a listed two:storey building, acting as subcontractor to Ross Builders.

The works included connection to remote switchgear in an adjacent block, a new main distribution board, containment, general services, LED and emergency lighting, fire alarm, disabled toilet call, data, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control and wiring to mechanical plant.

Sub:mains were run back to Block 23 along with fibre, fire alarm and intruder links. A DALI lighting and emergency lighting system with central monitoring was installed. Flesk produced builders’ work drawings, coordinated RFIs, attended regular site meetings and delivered complete testing, commissioning, BCAR:related documentation and O&M manuals in line with HSE and regulatory requirements.
