Listowel Revenue Office

Project overview

At the Listowel Revenue Office, Flesk Electrical carried out an electrical upgrade and rewiring project in a live, occupied government building.

The scope included stripping out obsolete wiring and fittings, installing new LV distribution, LED lighting and emergency lighting, upgrading small power and data services and rationalising containment to suit the current layout. Fire alarm, emergency lighting and security services were upgraded and integrated with existing systems where required.

Works were phased around staff and public access, with out:of:hours working, decanting of work zones and a clean:as:you:go policy to minimise disruption. On completion, the building benefited from safer, more efficient electrical infrastructure and reduced ongoing maintenance needs.

Full testing & verification, RECI certification, emergency lighting and fire alarm records, as-built drawings, asset registers and digital O&M manuals to suit the project.

Yes, we allow for spare capacity and accessible containment so future additions (extra circuits, EV chargers, AV or ICT) can be installed with minimal disruption.
