Common questions about our electrical project delivery
Yes. A large amount of our work is delivered in live schools,
hospitals, offices and venues. We programme night works, phased
isolations and clear hand-back of clean areas each day.
We typically deliver LV distribution, lighting and emergency
lighting alongside controls, metering, BMS interfaces, fire
alarm and security systems as a coordinated package.
Full testing & verification, RECI certification, emergency
lighting and fire alarm records, as-built drawings, asset
registers and digital O&M manuals to suit the project.
Yes, we allow for spare capacity and accessible containment so
future additions (extra circuits, EV chargers, AV or ICT) can be
installed with minimal disruption.
